Jennifer Casselman has been an active Travel Agent since 2011. Her journey began earlier as a Disney Vacation Club member (2007) where she became an expert in all things Disney. When she became an agent, she quickly completed the Disney College of Knowledge and completed Agent Education programs on-site at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, Disneyland Resort in California, and on Disney Cruise Line. She has also completed stays at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort, Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort, and Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa in Ko’Olina, Hawaii. She also sent clients on amazing Adventures by Disney vacations!
Although having great expertise in Disney Vacations, she also has a long history of expertise in all forms of travel including all major cruise lines, all-inclusive vacations, city breaks, Hawaii, European travels and much more! If you can think it, she can book it! In terms of cruising, Jennifer has completed training and sent numerous clients on Disney Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, Carnival Cruises, Royal Caribbean International Cruise Line, Holland America Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, and MSC Cruises just to name a few. She is also a Certified Sandals Specialist and has trained with Hard Rock Resorts. Over the past year, we have sent clients not only to these destinations, but also Phuket, Israel, Europe, Tokyo, Hawaii and all over the Caribbean and Mexico.
Jennifer lives in Tuscaloosa, AL with her husband and daughter. Her family loves to travel! Her daughter got her first passport at 3 months old. She is very lucky to have the best job in the world, where her passion and career come together. There is no better feeling than helping families with their dream vacation! She absolutely loves every aspect of planning vacations and that every family has a stress-free and amazing trip! She would love to help each family create memories that they will treasure forever!
